Seaweed is the through-line
GUAM's current manufacturer formulas use several seaweed-derived materials rather than one universal ingredient list. Depending on the product, these can include Laminaria digitata powder or extract, Fucus vesiculosus extract, algae extract or other named marine extracts.
Mineral clay gives the body muds their dense texture. Sea salt provides the physical exfoliation in ALGASCRUB. Tourmaline distinguishes several warming F.I.R. formulas, while plant oils support glide in the scrub and cream formats.
A product name is not an ingredient list
Products in the same family can have meaningfully different formulas. The tummy-and-waist F.I.R. mud is not the same formula as standard Far Infrared Mud. The two FangoGel products use different botanical blends. A set contains two separate formulas that each need their own INCI.
The ingredient list on the purchased Canadian package is the final reference. Manufacturer pages themselves warn that ingredients may change and that the package governs the composition of the product bought.

INCI is the standardized naming system used for cosmetic ingredient lists. The complete list tells you more than a short selection of featured ingredients.
Consult the ingredient list on your pack, particularly if you are avoiding a specific ingredient. A product name, photograph or previous purchase is not a substitute for checking the current label.
What product research can tell you
Research is most useful when it names the actual formula tested and explains the participants, method, duration and measured result. An ingredient study does not automatically prove that a finished product produces the same result.
Manufacturer claims describe cosmetic appearance or feel. Individual results vary. We do not present product names as medical claims or guarantees of changes in body weight or measurements.
