Classic and F.I.R.
Classic Mud is the traditional GUAM seaweed mud. F.I.R. identifies the Far Infrared range. Both the standard mud and the targeted tummy-and-waist mud have their own listings.
Compare the full formula and directions of each product. A shared product family does not mean every mud uses the same application time or precautions.
